Make no mistake about it. Your parents paid a big price to receive the wisdom and knowledge they use to make you a better person. Their hope and goals are that you would not make the same mistakes they made in life. The following are a few reminders of a mother’s wisdom:
Sample Poem:
A Mother’s Wisdom
Where are your manners boy?
manners will carry you further than money
that is one thing I am sure of honey
Don’t do that
a lady should be seen and not heard
it’s better sometimes not to say a word
Come on or we will be late
time waits for no one
don’t rush we are not under the gun
Don’t wear your welcome out
go home to your own house
while there, be as quiet as a mouse
Nothing in life is free
if you want to be successful
you must pay the price
once you feel, see, touch success
it surely will be nice
Hard work is good for you
what you give out will come back
try to always stay on track
Will you trade it all
when faced with the call
to instill in your children
the knowledge of A MOTHER’S WISDOM.
